Sr. Pastor Shanté Edgehill
Sr. Pastor Shanté Edgehill is described as a progressive thought leader with a traditional flare. She is seasoned with humor, has a compassionate heart and great insight. She has 20 years in servant leadership as a prophetess in marketplace. She has equipped and empowered many leaders for ministry.
She is innovative, creative, an out of the box influencer, and a leader who demonstrates unordinary faith. She is gifted with the spirit of wisdom and discernment. She is a certified health coach, empowerment strategist, a published author, and a content producer who offers counseling in restoring marriages and family relationships.
In 2005, Pastor Edgehill was elevated to become the first female Pastor of St. Peter's Deliverance Ministries, to continue the great work of the late Bishop & Founder, Bishop T.B. Jackson. She was installed as Senior Pastor by the Board of Presbytery, the Late Bishop & Apostle Joe Ross of Prayer
Temple in the Bronx, NY, and Senior Bishop Wilbert Baltimore of West Virginia.
In 2013, she became the CEO/Founder of "A Blend of Services Inc.", a Community Development Corporation who partnered with CMC Realty Development and Help USA in building affordable housing along with a New State-of-the-Art church facility. In 2014, Pastor Edgehill was installed into the Covenant Leadership, under the leadership of Bishop H. Curtis Douglas of Dabar Bethlehem Cathedral in Queens, NY, and Presiding Prelate of the Covenant Fellowship Alliance.
In 2019, Pastor Edgehill retired from the New York City Board of Education as a Special Needs Educator. She received her Associates Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the Empire State College, her Bachelors of Christian Education, from International Theological Seminary, and a Master of Science from Buxton University.
Pastor Edgehill continues to give hope to the weary, by transforming and restoring the hearts and minds of God's people. She deals with the whole person by connecting with the inner core of the Spirit, Mind and Body.
Pastor Edgehill has been actively serving God for over 40 years. She is a native New Yorker from the Bronx, NY. Pastor Edgehill has been married to Sir William Edgehill for 36 years. They reside in Essex County of New Jersey. They are the parents of Caleb and Micahjoy and are proud grandparents to Yahaira and Caleb Jr.

I have learned that while in the storms and challenges of life, being still and listening for the wisdom and voice of the creator is pertinent. I have discovered that what is important for me is having a strong understanding of and engaging myself in connecting to nature through exercise. Cycling is my passion, and I am a member of a legendary cycling community, of which I like to refer to as, the "Church of The Big Ring!" Riding and communicating with like-minded folk is essential to a balance in my life.
In my ministry mandate, you will find me taking pictures during the service and various events. Since I am passionate about exercise and health and well-being, I will be creating plans to keep members physically fit for our Kingdom Assignment. We will be engaging in walking, plyometrics, and other strength-building exercises. I am dedicated to assisting our Men's Outreach Director, Deacon Robert Anthony, in our street ministry as we reach out to the community.
I am a retired member of the NYPD Communication Section after 30 years of dedicated service. I have been married to my wife, Pastor Shanté for over 40 years. I am a father of two adult children; my son, who is a Firefighter for the city of Columbia, SC, and my daughter, who is a Digital Marketing Specialist. I am also blessed to be a grandfather to three grandchildren. Living life with all of its journeys has helped me define and develop an understanding of what a true faith walk looks like.
Lastly, as Tour Director, I will plan bus trips to economically affordable, if not free, outings such as skating or jazz in Marcus Garvey Park in Harlem, New York, as well as other events. It is my vision to expose our church and community to cultural and fun activities that they may not have otherwise engaged in and share experiences together. Continued peace and blessings to all.
